Mutual Exes Turned Business Partners — Doing Girl Power In Style
When Abigail Wolverton and Sarah Bryen met by chance at a bar in Old Town, they instantly connected. Among other things, both women shared a love of high fashion and true style, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit.
Shortly after, they discovered that both had spent the previous five years in and out of a serious relationship with the same man, with no idea that the other existed.
Where other women would have made an instant enemy, Abigail and Sarah only grew closer as friends—after all, the man clearly had terrific taste!
Abigail had always dreamed of opening her own clothing boutique and Sarah was already the owner of Old City Marketing, LLC — which, as Sarah puts it, “makes you look good in public.”

When the space previously occupied by Local Color in the historic Crilley Warehouse became available, the women jumped at the chance and a business partnership was born!
Sassy Boutique brings Abigail and Sarah’s shared vision of curating only the loveliest pieces from high end brands, with upscale resale and retail.
